Joe has a great knowledge of DuPage County and the real estate market. For example, we looked at a home in my price range and Joe said this would go for more. I dropped out, but it went through a bidding war and the property eventually sold for 125% of asking price. He was patient with me as I was looking for a certain type of house within a 5-mile radius. Other realtors I've worked with can do the comps, schedule showings, etc., but Joe added a ton of value by looking for mold, identifying flooring issues, and essentially doing a pre-inspection because he didn't want me to buy a house that I was potentially going to regret. I'd recommend Joe Graham to anyone looking to buy or sell, as he's a straight shooter with a real feel for what makes sense in a price range, a neighborhood, or house set up.

I worked with Joe on the sale of my home in the Naperville area, and had a great experience. Our consult meeting clearly laid out goal and priorities for me as the seller. Joe did a fantastic job for us. I started out with the attitude of I don't need a realtor, but after getting together with Joe and him pointing out a lot of things I was over looking I was very glad we teamed up with him. We started dealing with him while we still lived in Tennessee and he went to several houses and did a video walk thru with us and a couple with our son and daughter-in-law. As they went thru pointed mainly the negative things with the houses. Finally we moved up without a house and Joe took us around showing us a LOT of houses. What was great was he pointed out all the good things but also the bad that I was over looking. We finally found a house that all of us were good with. I for sure would commend him as I feel he wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for and not just buying something that we would not be happy with.

I can't recommend Joe highly enough. I've had a number of realtors help me buy homes over the years and Joe is, far and away, the best realtor I've worked with. He constantly went above and beyond for us as we were moving from out of state to the area. He would drive to homes, take videos of the neighborhood/street and provide commentary so we could get a better feel for what the area was actually like. Joe was a major help with our recent house hunt. We loved our previous home but with four kids and lots of stuff, wanted more space. We are lucky to have been referred to Joe Graham and his team at Graham Real Estate Group for our home search. The first time we spoke with Joe on the phone, he spent a good hour or more to get to know both my husband and I, answered our questions, provided a wealth of data about the current economy during this time, factors we should consider for the future, and shared a ton of information on the different residential areas we were considering and areas we had never thought of. Selling our home was the easiest, smoothest process. Amy was communicative on what the next steps were and hooked us up with a stager (who's advise was very helpful). They scheduled an open house the first weekend the house went up and that proved to be the best method because 1.
