Joe did a fantastic job for us. I started out with the attitude of I don't need a realtor, but after getting together with Joe and him pointing out a lot of things I was over looking I was very glad we teamed up with him. We started dealing with him while we still lived in Tennessee and he went to several houses and did a video walk thru with us and a couple with our son and daughter-in-law. As they went thru pointed mainly the negative things with the houses. Finally we moved up without a house and Joe took us around showing us a LOT of houses. What was great was he pointed out all the good things but also the bad that I was over looking. We finally found a house that all of us were good with. I for sure would commend him as I feel he wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for and not just buying something that we would not be happy with.

My husband and I were very lucky to come across Joe, when we were scoping out a house to buy, that he was the listing agent. We worked very well together through the headache of trying to find a house to buy, when we were located out of the state. He took the time to meet with our son to do a video walk thru of a house. He is very good at pointing out the pitfalls in the houses, that we might not notice. It took several months to find a house that is just about perfect, I don't believe any house can be perfect but this one is an extremely good fit. I would highly recommend Joe and I will, to anyone looking for a new house.
